Webhooks

The Privacy Dynamics webhooks feature allows you to send HTTP POST requests to an endpoint of your choosing when a data anonymization project completes. Webhook requests can pass information about projects to other systems or initiate downstream processes. Webhooks can be used to send project completion notifications to Slack, for example. Webhooks can also be used to build initiate post-processing steps like database dumps and snapshotting.

Instructions

Each webhook requires a URL availble on HTTPS.

Displaying exiting webhooks

1. Navigate to the Settings by clicking the link in the top navigation.
2. Click the Webhooks link on the left-hand menu.

Adding a new webhook

1. From the Webhooks screen, click the "Add Webhook" button.
2. Add the URL for the webhook to call and click "Save."

Deleting a webhook

1. From the Webhooks screen, click the "Delete Webhook" button next to the webhook that you want to remove.
2. Confirm the webhook should be deleted.
